Querora

Cookie policy

What cookies does Querora set?

Only the necessary ones: the panel session, the panel language and the sidebar state, plus your chosen theme and the closed cookie bar in browser storage. We use no analytics, ads or tracking scripts and load nothing from third-party servers, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

1.What this policy covers

1.1.

This policy describes what the Website querora.com and the Panel store in your browser, why, and how to remove it. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

1.2.

It covers cookies and similar technologies: the browser's local storage (localStorage), the service worker cache and the push notification subscription. The list in Section 3 is complete and matches what the Website and the Panel actually store.

2.In short

2.1.

We store only data the Website and the Panel need to work, and settings you choose yourself, such as the theme.

2.2.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we do not use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Hotjar, and we do not load resources from third-party servers, including fonts.

2.3.

That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. The law requires consent for storing information on a device unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Everything described in Section 3 falls under that exception. We say so on your first visit in a short bar at the bottom of the page.

3.What we store

3.1.

The Website and the Panel store the following in your browser:

3.2.

Everything is stored by our own domain. No third party stores data in your browser through the Website or the Panel.

3.3.

The querora_session, querora_locale and sidebar_state cookies are set only in the Panel. If you do not open the Panel, change the theme or close the bar, the Website stores nothing in your browser.

3.4.

The service worker registered in the Panel also handles push notifications and opens the right Panel screen when you click one.

4.How to remove stored data

4.1.

You can remove all data in your browser settings, in the privacy or site data section. Clearing site data for querora.com removes cookies, local storage, the cache and the service worker.

4.2.

You can turn notifications off in the Panel, under Settings, Notifications, or in the browser settings.

4.3.

After clearing data the Panel signs you out, and the Website goes back to the light theme and shows the cookie bar again. You can keep using the Website without any limits.

5.Changes

5.1.

Before the Website or the Panel starts storing anything new, we update the table in Section 3. If it is something that requires consent, we will ask for it before storing anything.

5.2.

Send questions about cookies to hello@querora.com.

5.3.

This Cookie Policy is effective from 24 October 2026.
