Yes. After 3 full months of uninterrupted subscription the price drops by 5%, and further with every tier, up to 30% after 24 months. The discount covers every subscription on the account, does not apply to the setup fee and is recalculated at every renewal. Once a year you can pause the subscription without losing your tenure. Cancelling, or a payment overdue for more than 14 days, resets your tenure.

On the scope of work: the number of phrases, services and locations, the competition in your industry, the technical state of the site, how many articles and links you get each month, and how often you get a report and talk to your account lead. When you compare offers, check that each of these can be counted in the contract.

Paying per phrase in the top 10 sounds safe, but it rewards picking easy phrases few people search for, and a ranking is not yet a customer. To ship fixes, yes: to the repository, the CMS or the server. If another company maintains your site, we prepare ready-to-apply changes and check that they went live.

Not if you want to appear in AI answers. GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Bingbot need to be able to read the site, and Google-Extended controls whether Google may use its content in Gemini. We check robots.txt and server settings, because blocks are often accidental, for example in a firewall.

A plain text file in the site root with a short description of the business and a list of key pages, written for language models. It is a proposed standard, not a search engine requirement, so we treat it as an extra, not a foundation.
